Generations at Work on the FarmHere are some photos of our generational family at work and play at the farm  Emma drilling holes in " standouts " to be put on the posts to keep electric fence away from the woven wire.  The climbing apparatus at the farm - Aiden and Emma enjoy some fun on the farm too.  Eric , Tasha and Aaron putting up the Jenny's Family Barn Quilt - In memory of Fairwinds Farm  Eric and Aaron renovating the " kitchen "  Jenny exposing the old 1855 boards of the chicken house. Note width of boards and the fact that this building has no footings.  Latest Addition to Bowmanview - New storage shed.  Emma has been helping " Poppa " fence for 7 years - She definitely has job security doing fencing.  Aiden's next project!!  This is the current chicken house. In it’s previous life it was the woodshed on the house. Built in 1855 but moved in 1892 to become another farm building. Late 1800’s form of Recycling. |
